ACT Staff

Advancing CT Together (ACT), with its partners, addresses the root causes of poverty, addiction and health inequities through strength-based services and advocacy to ensure all people in Connecticut have equitable resources necessary to achieve multi-generational health, wealth and happiness.

Each of our programs provide valuable services which include case management; emergency financial assistance; a drop-in center for people living with HIV; harm reduction education; syringe services; HIV testing and counseling; distribution of health education materials and prevention supplies; housing support services; financial education and free tax preparation for low-income individuals and families; LGBTQ+ community resources; quality assurance and training; and advocacy for systems change.
