ACT's Homelessness Services department provides crucial support to the housing and homeless services sector in Connecticut. Our programs include financial assistance for unhoused families and individuals; administration of Connecticut's Homeless Management Information System (HMIS); a collaborative online learning platform offering professional development for housing providers; and support for Connecticut's annual Point-in-Time Count of unhoused persons.
