Housing Inventory Count/Point in Time Count (HIC/PIT)

ACT was proud to take part in coordinating the 2022 and 2023 Annual Housing Inventory Count/Point in Time Count (HIC/PIT) of people experiencing homelessness for the State of Connecticut. The HIC/PIT count includes a count of people living in shelters and transitional housing - the “sheltered” count -- as well as an “unsheltered” count of people living on the street or in places not meant for human habitation.
