Advancing Futures

 

Advancing Futures, an ACT employment initiative, offers employment navigation and professional development for people living with HIV who are considering employment and other opportunites for gaining independence. The City of Hartford and Advancing Connecticut Together (ACT) coordinate the program in collaboration with the National Working Positive Coalition, Capital Workforce Partners (CWP), Aging and Disability Services (ADS), Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, as well as local Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) and Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) providers.
